2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• “You,” “Your,” or “Client” refers to the individual accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms.
• “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Company” refers to Soteri Fashion House.
• “Parties” refers collectively to both you and Soteri Fashion House.

These terms apply to all offers, acceptance, and provision of services in accordance with Georgian law.

3. Use of Website

When you register for an account, you must ensure that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to the website at any time, with or without notice.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control these external sites and assume no responsibility for their content.

You are responsible for your use of our services and agree to indemnify us against any costs, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from claims related to your usage.

4. Orders

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All products displayed are invitations to treat and do not guarantee availability.

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

A binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation from us.

5. Order Acceptance & Payment

We may choose not to accept your order for reasons including:

• Inability to authorize your payment
• Shipping restrictions on specific items or locations
• Items being out of stock or failing quality controls
• Non-compliance with eligibility criteria

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or unwind any transaction after processing has begun.

6. Account Security

When placing your first order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Georgian lari (GEL) and exclude VAT, customs fees, and delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made by Visa or MasterCard.

If your card is denominated in a currency other than USD or Euros, the final amount will be determined by your card issuer’s exchange rate. We use industry-standard security systems to encrypt payment details.

8. Pre-Orders

You may pre-order new season items and pay in advance. Payment will be taken at the time you place your pre-order, and your order will be held until inventory becomes available.

If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, we will dispatch items as they become available and charge you a single delivery fee.

9. Delivery & Ownership

Ownership of products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

Orders may be delivered in instalments, with each instalment treated as a separate contract.

10. Shipping, Customs & Duties

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

Please ensure all billing and shipping details are complete and correct; we cannot redirect packages after processing.

Upon arrival in your country, you may be charged customs fees, duties, taxes, or other processing fees. These are your responsibility.

11. Delivery Policy

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Unless otherwise stated:

• Free worldwide shipping on orders over $200 USD
• Orders under $200 USD incur a flat shipping fee of $35 USD
• Estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days from dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location or external factors.

12. Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item(s) purchased within 10 days of delivery. Returns must be in original, unused, unaltered condition with all garment tags attached and sent in branded packaging.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable and insured carrier. Keep proof of shipment.

Final Sale: Sale merchandise is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

13. Refund Policy

Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the items, excluding initial shipping, return shipping, and customs clearance fees.

Allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds for purchases made in a foreign currency will be issued in the same currency.

14. Faulty Items

Items are considered faulty if received in a damaged state (not due to normal wear and tear). Where possible, we will attempt to repair such items. If repair or replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

15. Product Images

We strive to accurately display product images on our website. However, color representation may vary due to factors such as screen settings and internet browsers. We are not responsible for discrepancies between images and actual products.

16. Copyright & Intellectual Property

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Georgian courts.
