RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns on made-to-measure items. Each piece is individually crafted to your specific measurements and cannot be resold.

EXCHANGES & ALTERATIONS

If your garment does not fit as expected, we offer complimentary alterations within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an appointment at our Tbilisi Fashion House or to discuss remote alteration options.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged garment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please include photos of the defect when reaching out.

READY-TO-WEAR ITEMS

For ready-to-wear items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production may have already begun on your custom garment, and cancellation may not be possible.
