Select your garment, choose your size based on our detailed size guide, and our skilled artisans at our Tbilisi Fashion House will handcraft your piece within 2–3 weeks. Your garment will be delivered to your door within 4 weeks.

We provide a comprehensive size guide for each garment. You can find it on every product page by clicking the “Size Guide” button. If you need additional help, contact us and we will guide you through the measurement process.

We use certified natural fabrics sourced from responsible suppliers. Our materials include premium wool (Super 120s and above), organic cotton, cashmere, and other high-quality natural fibers chosen for durability and full recyclability.

Each garment is individually handcrafted at our Tbilisi Fashion House. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production. Your custom piece will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date of order, including shipping time.

We ship worldwide. Shipping within Georgia is free. For Europe, standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after production. For the rest of the world, international shipping takes 7–14 business days after production.

Due to the custom nature of our garments, we cannot accept returns on made-to-measure items. However, we offer complimentary alterations within 14 days of delivery to ensure a perfect fit. For ready-to-wear items, returns are accepted within 14 days.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production may have already begun on your custom garment and cancellation may not be possible.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as online payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
