PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production of your custom piece. Each garment is individually handcrafted by our skilled artisans.

DELIVERY

Your custom garment will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date of order, including production and shipping time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

MADE-TO-MEASURE

Due to the custom nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns on made-to-measure items. However, we offer complimentary alterations within 14 days of delivery.

READY-TO-WEAR

Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
